Attorneys

Raegan A. Koesler has been an associate at Hinkle, Hensley, Shanor & Martin, L.L.P., since 2010.  Her practice focuses on oil and gas title and transactional matters involving fee, state, and federal lands in Texas and New Mexico.  Before joining the firm, she gained experience examining title and handling a wide range of other transactional and civil litigation matters as an attorney for a local law firm and abstract company. 

Ms. Koesler graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in General Business and an English minor and was named the highest ranking graduate of the Jerry S. Rawls College of Business Administration in 2003.  She received her law degree in 2006 from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she served as an Associate Student Articles Editor of the Journal of Texas Administrative Law and was inducted into Phi Delta Phi.  She has been admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is a member of its Oil, Gas, and Energy Resources Law and Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Sections.  She is also a member of the Midland County Bar Association and the Midland County Young Lawyers Association.
