John C. Chambers is a partner in the Midland office of Hinkle, Hensley, Shanor & Martin, L.L.P., and practices mainly in banking and insurance defense. His bachelor's degree in Political Science and law degree were earned at the University of Texas. Mr. Chambers has tried six cases before the Texas Supreme Court and is a member of the Midland and American Bar Associations, the Texas Association of Bank Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel. He is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and was Chairman of the Grievance Committee of the State Bar of Texas (13th District), and a member of the Lawyer's Assistance Committee of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Chambers was a member of the Supreme Court of Texas' Task Force on Revisions to the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
