Nancy S. Cusack, is a partner in the Santa Fe office of Hinkle, Hensley, Shanor & Martin, L.L.P.. She received both her Bachelor of Science Degree (1974) and Jusis Doctorate (1976) from Southern Methodist University, and is licensed to practice in both New Mexico and Missouri. Her practice involves both transaction and litigation work in the areas of real estate, business and corporate law, bankruptcy, civil litigation, wills, estates and trusts. Ms. Cusack appears in both state and federal courts, and in 1992 successfully argued a case before the United States Supreme Court.

     During her career, she has represented the City of Roswell, New Mexico in transactional work, as well as in various litigation matters. She has represented a housing authority in Southern New Mexico for over 15 years in matters which range from real property acquisitions to bond work, to leases, to employment matters. She has represented numerous banks and savings and loans throughout the state of New Mexico in litigation matters and transactional work, including loan documentation and work outs.
