HAROLD L. HENSLEY, JR.

Harold L. Hensley, Jr. is a partner in the
Midland office of Hinkle, Hensley, Shanor & Martin, L.L.P. Mr. Hensley received his BBA degree from Rice University and his law degree from the University of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, the Chaves County Bar Association, and is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers,
currently serving as the New Mexico State Chair and formerly
serving on the National Federal Rules of Evidence Committees and Alternate Dispute Resolution Committees.
In
addition, he is a former member of the Uniform Jury
Instruction Committee of the New Mexico Supreme Court.
His practice
is limited to complex litigation primarily in the fields of
oil and gas, commercial law and condemnation. He is currently
involved in extended litigation in many states including New
Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Wyoming. In 2002 he was
inducted into the
Roehl
Circle of Honor for New Mexico Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Hensley is admitted to the practice before the United States
Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth
Circuit , the United States Court of
Claims, the District Courts of New Mexico and the Western
District of Texas, and the New Mexico Supreme Court. Mr.
Hensley has been listed in the Best Lawyers of America since
1989 in the areas of Business Litigation and Personal Injury. |
