Gary W. Larson is a partner in the Santa Fe office of Hinkle, Hensley, Shanor & Martin, L.L.P. He received his B.A. degree from Denison University in 1973, M.Sc. degree from the University of London in 1974, and J.D. degree from Indiana University in 1985. He served as a law clerk for Chief Justice Richard M. Givan of the Indiana Supreme Court and for Judge Bobby R. Baldock of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Larson's practice primarily focuses on environmental law, including litigation, permitting, risk assessment and compliance, public utility law, product liability law, and land use issues. His experience includes federal and state litigation at the trial and appellate levels and administrative proceedings and appeals. Mr. Larson is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and the American Bar Association.
