Cole Wilson is an associate in the Roswell office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. His primary practice areas are natural resource law, bankruptcy, and complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Wilson received his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2016. While at Washington and Lee, Mr. Wilson served for two years as an Andrew W. McThenia, Jr Research Fellow, which funded his work as a research and editing assistant to the school's law faculty. Before graduting Washington and Lee, Mr. Wilson worked for the United State Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and specifucally within the Subcommittee office for Regulatory Affairs and Federal Management. Mr. Wilson also earned two fellowships upon graduation, which funded his clerkship in The Hague, Netherlands with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. Mr. Wilson graduated with a B.A. in History from Denison University in 2013.
