Mr. Gordon has more than thirty years litigation and appellate experience in New Mexico's state and federal courts. He began his career as Law Clerk to United States Circuit Judge Oliver Seth of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Since then his practice has focused on the defense of a wide variety of claims, including the defense of medical negligence, personal injury, and civil rights actions. He also has extensive experience in commercial cases involving real estate, zoning, and contract disputes. On several occasions over the course of his career he has been appointed and served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of New Mexico. Mr. Gordon holds an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
