Jaclyn M. McLean

Jaclyn M. McLean, a Partner in the Santa Fe office of Hinkle Shanor LLP, graduated magna cum laude from the University of New Mexico Law School in 2009. While at the University of New Mexico, Ms. McLean served as an Editor for the New Mexico Law Review. Her practice is primarily devoted to employment/civil rights litigation. Ms. McLean routinely defends private employers and public entity clients in civil rights and federal and state employment litigation.  Ms. McLean’s employment practice also includes drafting personnel policies, conducting employee training, and providing advice to clients dealing with difficult employee issues. Ms. McLean’s practice also includes products liability and personal injury defense, and she has considerable experience with class/collective actions in both State and Federal courts.
