Jaime R. Kennedy

Jaime R. Kennedy, a partner in the Santa Fe office of Hinkle Shanor LLP, routinely handles employment-related matters, including drafting employee handbooks and agreements, advice regarding personnel matters, administrative claims involving federal and state agencies, litigation, and appeals in federal and state courts.  Ms. Kennedy also has extensive experience handling appeals in a wide range of civil cases, including employment, medical malpractice, commercial law, insurance, and premises liability.

Ms. Kennedy graduated summa cum laude from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2006.  Following law school, Ms. Kennedy clerked for the Honorable Lynn Pickard of the New Mexico Court of Appeals.  Since then, Ms. Kennedy has represented private and public clients at the administrative, trial, and appellate levels in both New Mexico and California, and is presently licensed to practice in both states.
