About Timothy Rode: Tim brings a wealth of expertise to his practice, focusing on environmental law, public utility law, commercial litigation, and administrative law. He has represented clients before the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission, administrative agencies, and in state and federal courts.
Background & Experience: A native New Mexican, Tim’s career spans an impressive array of accomplishments, including:
Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Shirley Werner Kornreich (ret.), New York State Supreme Court.
Associate roles at prestigious firms in the Greater New York City area.
International experience with the Spanish Ministry of Education.
Tim holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center and the Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. His undergraduate degree in Philosophy (cum laude) is from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, including study abroad at Oxford University.
Personal Life: Outside the office, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and is fluent in Spanish, holding a C1 Level Diploma de Español.
