Legal Secretary/Assistant

Hinkle Shanor LLP is currently searching for a highly skilled legal secretary/legal assistant to join our bustling medical malpractice defense group. We are looking for applicants with exceptional computer and typing abilities, along with experience in managing deadlines and court filings.

As a legal secretary/legal assistant, your duties will include reviewing, responding to, and processing emails on a daily basis, as well as reviewing correspondence and pleadings. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all files and filings are up to date, scheduling depositions, managing electronic files, and opening new files. Experience with LMS time and billing would be a valuable asset.
