
Yarithza Peña is an associate attorney at the Santa Fe office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. She is a graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law. Prior to joining the Hinkle team, Ms. Peña gained experience in housing law by providing advice to individuals regarding landlord-tenant disputes during the COVID-19 Pandemic. During law school, Ms. Peña also gained experience in trial practice, criminal law, family law, and various immigration law matters.
