Nancy S. Cusack, is a partner in the Santa Fe office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. She received both her Bachelor of Science Degree (1974) and Juris Doctorate (1976) from Southern Methodist University, and is licensed to practice in both New Mexico and Missouri.

Mr. Hnasko represents a variety of clients in all aspects of environmental law, including property owners, public interest groups, financial institutions, oil and gas producers, private citizens, claimants and defendants in complex toxic tort cases, and petroleum product distributors.

Barry Paisner is a partner in the Santa Fe office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. A graduate of New York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1977, he received his J.D. degree in 1984 from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College.

Mr. Gilbert is a partner in the Santa Fe office. He and his wife, Elicia Montoya, have been married for nineteen years, and are parents to two wonderful children.

David Lawrenz is a partner in the Santa Fe office of Hinkle Shanor LLP.
He received his Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College magna cum laude, in 1983.

Mr. Rode practices environmental and public utilities law before the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission, administrative agencies, and state and federal courts.

Dana S. Hardy is a partner in the Santa Fe office of Hinkle Shanor and a member of the firm’s executive committee. Ms. Hardy’s experience includes the representation of energy companies, oil and gas operators, investor-owned utilities, and multi-national corporations.

Jaclyn M. McLean is a partner in the Santa Fe office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. Ms. McLean has extensive experience representing both private and public entity clients in complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts, include a considerable amount of experience with class/collective actions.
