Andrew J. (Drew) Cloutier is a partner in the Roswell, New Mexico office. Drew earned his J.D. from the University of Texas in 1987 and his B.A. from the University of Dallas in 1984. He is licensed to practice law in New Mexico and Texas and is admitted to practice before numerous federal courts.

Chelsea Green is a partner in the Roswell, New Mexico office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. Mrs. Green practices in the areas of general civil litigation and appeals, specifically focusing on insurance defense, employment and civil rights litigation and worker’s compensation defense.

Douglas L. Lunsford is a partner in the Roswell, New Mexico office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. A native New Mexican, he joined the Firm upon graduation from Duke University Law School in 1975.

Stephen S. Shanor is a partner in the Roswell, New Mexico office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio in 1990 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Denver, College of Law in 1993.

T. Calder Ezzell, Jr. is a partner in the Roswell office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. His practice is primarily limited to oil and gas.

Jared A. Hembree is a partner in the Roswell, New Mexico office of Hinkle Shanor LLP and is an adjunct professor at Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he teaches Oil and Gas Law.

Gregory J. Nibert is a partner in the Roswell, New Mexico, office of Hinkle Shanor LLP, and is assigned to the firm’s Oil and Gas Department.

Parker B. Folse is a partner in the Firm’s Roswell office. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Rebecca Nichols Johnson is a partner in the Roswell office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. Her practice involves commercial litigation, real estate, corporate, banking, and appellate work.

Richard E. Olson is a partner in the Roswell office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. He has concentrated his practice in State and Federal Court litigation in the areas of commercial and contractual disputes, with particular emphasis on the Oil and Gas Industry, defense of tort and civil rights litigation and employment litigation.

Mr. Williams is a partner in the Roswell, New Mexico office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. Prior to attending the University of New Mexico where he received a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1997, Mr. Williams worked in the oilfields of Southeastern New Mexico building power lines, constructing and repairing electrical systems for oil and gas locations, and designing and implementing automated control systems that, among other things, promoted efficiency and environmental safety.
