Ms. Khalsa is a Partner in the Albuquerque office of Hinkle Shanor LLP. She graduated from College of Santa Fe in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business Management. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2007and completed the Summer Institute for Global Justice, Utrecht, Netherlands. Ms. Khalsa interned with Senator Jeff Bingaman in Washington D.C. and Judge Ira Robinson in the New Mexico Court of Appeals.

Her practice areas include the defense of Medical Negligence cases including Hospitals and Healthcare Providers as well as the defense of premises liability cases.
